It's Cheaper for a Reason

by JOE Z

This is a nice property but dated. The people were wonderful (check in) but the room needed help. Clean, but you get what you paid for. Internet was down (not sure how long it had been). The water in the room was an indicator - shower didn't have a stopping point so you had to play with handle until water stopped. Hot water was a bit of a challenge to find. Breakfast was average at best, coffee bad. It was $80/night which was good (with breakfast) but don't get to excited about the property.

Guys Golf trip

I was there the weekend of 4/26/19 and had reserved (2) rooms. The lobby was quite nice though it did take a while to get checked in. My buddies took the 1st room which I agree was pretty musty, my room did not have that issue. The tub needed to be resurfaced but other than that the room was just fine. the bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. The breakfast was just fine and well taken care of.
We may go to Muscle Shoals to play golf again and would have no issue staying here again.
