Beautiful hotel

This hotel is so beautiful. A must stay for Las Cruces. The staff is just sweet and amazing. Will stay here again. Beautiful and clean rooms. Centrally located. Local flair and charm. This hotel is worth any and all business.

Avoid

This was easily the worst hotel I stayed at in a recent road trip through the Southwest. Arrived about 6pm, the lobby was only half-lit. Check-in person would not stop talking (in a creepy way). Room had filthy carpet, dingy lighting and saggy bed. Ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. If not for the creepy desk person I would have asked for another room. I complained in the morning as I checked out and was met with a shrug and offer to stay another night. No Thanks.
