Nicest Hotel on Santa Cruz island

by hickmans2018

This is for sure the nicest hotel on Santa Cruz island. Food for breakfast and dinner was great. The accommodations are beautiful with comfortable beds. The location is great--easy walking distance to anywhere in town and also to the Charles Darwin Breeding Center.

Just OK

We stayed in 3 different rooms during our week. Santiago should be named the fishbowl because it has windows that look directly into the restaurant and onto the dining deck. If the evenings are lively that makes for a noisy night after a full day of activities. The front desk was very helpful except for one night when we asked them to make a dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant. When we got there they checked the reservation list and we weren't on it so we had to go elsewhere. We liked the hotel's location, water bottles provided in each room, and good breakfast. All the girls at the reception desk were very good with English and very welcoming. Every room seems to be completely different so be sure you get the room you paid for.
