Great location, disappointing off season experience

by Robert M

We decided to try The Reeds on our recent trip to Stone Harbor. At the price this should be a first class property but we had a very average experience. True it is off season, but there was no valet parking, one just had to find a place on the street as the hotel has no parking of its own. There was no bellman to assist with luggage. And our room which could have been made adjoining, resulted in a very noisy experience with people coming back to their room at 1 am, and talking loudly, playing music etc., until after 2am. Not a pleasant night for sure! Overall a disappointing experience for a very pricey hotel, even off season.

Great place and clean

by Benzman79

Just got back from a 2 night stay as we celebrated our birthday weekend and the hotel is nice and clean. Decor is nice as is the staff. Had a few drinks at the bar during Monday night football and Lou the bartender was great. So many places to eat within walking distance. Overall a great experience.
