Luxury Suite with Nice Toiletries

by AHK403

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel and I got upgraded to the Luxury Suite which came with a separate living room, a large bathroom and a small fridge area. The decor reminds me of the 70s for some reason. The air conditioning units (there's one in the bedroom and one in the living room) are very powerful. I liked the Aveda toiletries. My only gripe was that the room phone was from the 1970s and the room service button didn't work (I know, first world problems). On the plus side, there was a Jacuzzi in my room (I didn't try it).

Excellence in Service

by Cindy H

From the moment I met Ruth Cyrus the Convention Services Manager, I knew that our Friday night Rehearsal Dinner and Sunday Brunch would be lovely. She put me at ease immediately; gave great suggestions for the menus; and chose wonderful staff to insure that both events would go smoothly. Kudos to Sandra Maynard who was our Banquet Captain for both meals. She was on top of everything making sure all was efficient and to our liking. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Alphonso, Miriane and Maurice gave wonderful service Friday night as well. On Sunday, Sandra made certain all was ready on time and presented beautifully. Rosa cooked omelettes to perfection and Patricia was a super team member constantly refilling waters, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this Renaissance for hosting an event. We actually had 2 dinners there for our other son’s wedding weekend there 15 years ago!
