Stay at Hampton Inn instead

They had only queen beds, put my dad who is 89 and has trouble walking in a second floor room, and had a person at the desk when we checked in that could not have cared less. We left after one night and went to the Hampton Inn up the road and found a new, clean, comfortable place.

Nice experience while in Fort Smith

Room was nice, travelling with family so they were accomodating to have adjoining rooms and an extra cot. Air conditioning worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful in recommending places to eat. Location is close to airport which helped with picking up and dropping off family.
