I stayed with family members using points recently and couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. It is like a quiet oasis among the glitz and flash of Vegas. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a two bedroom suite and it was just perfect for our group. The breakfast buffet had everything we needed and the staff at this hotel were very helpful. My brother had a work-related urgent request and the front desk staff was kind enough to print something for him so he could take care of it which we appreciated. Try to carve out some time to relax by the heated pool. The entire outdoor spaces are really nicely-done. The location is toward the south end and a little off the strip and is near the new football stadium area. We were happy with the location. I would definitely stay here again. We took Uber everywhere we needed to go but there is a shuttle to the airport and other popular spots which is also good to know.
Stayed here on my own as part of a business trip. If you are not familiar with Marriott Residence Inn it is just like a little apartment/ flat. The room was spacious clean and you had the option to cook your own food. They also do breakfast, which was great and there would be stuff to suit most tastes. You have to pay extra for parking but I had a rate where it was included.
Getting to strip is easy. There is a free hourly shuttle, although I used Uber. Getting there by Uber is easy, but getting back is a pain as you have to goto set pick up zones (no slant on this hotel, though).
Staying here is recommended and offers a superb budget option for the main Las Vegas strip which is but 5-10 mins away depending on traffic.
