Overview

The fourth Residence Inn property to open in New York, the World Trade Center location is the first in lower Manhattan. Within steps of the Financial District, the hotel features a time and money theme. While luring business travelers during the week, the hotel is great for families visiting the city and lower Manhattan attractions, as every room in the property is a suite with a kitchenette. This Residence Inn features free Wi-Fi and free breakfast, and is even pet-friendly — practically unheard of in a city hotel.

Room Information

Find the Best Price for Your Stay

Executive Studios
As large as traditional New York studio apartments, these suites can accommodate up to five people. The bedroom features two queen beds, while a separate living space features a sofa bed. With small children, the space could sleep six. A small kitchenette with stainless steel appliances includes a full-sized refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and sink. One central bathroom typically includes just a shower, so request a room with a bathtub if traveling with small children.

Standard Studios
Standard studios are available with one king bed or two queen beds, with the king suite also offering a sofa bed, both of which can accommodate four. King and Studio suites can connect to create a Family Suite that sleeps up to eight people. The standard suites are outfitted with small kitchen spaces, as well.

Reviews

Decent rooms

by KevinLA310

We stayed here for two nights and the rooms were fine. We had a inside room meaning a view of other windows. We had to keep the curtains closed the entire time. It's on the smaller size for a residence inn but its nice to have a full fridge and microwave.

Great Location, wonderful staff

by RaquelJ505

This is the best location for doing your business in downtown manhattan/world trade center area. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, staffed with great front desk staff who had been so wonderful with their assistance and guidance. I will stay there again. Thanks to all staff.
