Terrible. They tried to charge extra from my credit card

On 29th October, I checked out with zero balance. and by coincidence I realised that they charged an extra 72USD from my credit card on 1st November. I called teh property and they agreed that they made a mistake.
Nevertheless if I did not check my credit card by coincidence on 2nd November, I would not realise the extra charge. They agreed to return the money, but still I didn't receive it.
They also caused me a long international call charges.
I asked Marriott review their system to avoid such terrible mistake for all travellers.
I am writing this to inform all travellers to be careful to avoid such a mistake.
Unfortunately, I made positive review at their site, now I am trying to change it.

Horrible stay - mice in room

I started liking staying at the Marriot chain. I visited this hotel as part of a business trip. The room seems nice and spatious. The grounds are not properly ran and there is some junk in between the bungalows. Breakfast is below average and is emptied 20 min after the eof of the service.
The worst was when after a long day of work, I end up noticing noises in the bathroom and go check and find a mice jumping around (see photos). This was during my 2nd night so I felt disgusted. This happened at 1130pm and I was tired. After calling the front desk, the response is "do you want us to send someone? ". I get a follow up call saying: " you can come get a key for another room". This really bothered me so I refused since I was in my bed already and annoyed by the staff's attitude. This was the last thing I wanted to think about during my heavily busy week of work far from home. The key was brought to me eventually, I check the new room was smelled bad. So I decided to stay in the same room since I was tired and felt that it would be the same quality as my disgusting room (and not an accident).

Thankfully I took pictures since I complained the next day and was asked if I do have a proof. After showing the pics the manager offered to reimburse 1 night out if 5.

I wouldn't consider coming back to this place and would carefully check what Marriott hotel I am going to visit next time -or not.
