This is my second time staying here and I must say that I came back because of the amazing hospitality here. The last time I came Marie R. welcomed me like I was family. I was so tired when I was checking in from working all day but her greeting was amazing. She made me feel so special. She took the time to sign me up for the rewards program too and made sure I understand the benefits of it. I travel weekly and I came back because I wanted to see her smiling face. Good ole customer service goes a long way.

Best stay ever

We were greeted at the front desk by Brandon, Sheila and Adrean all very helpful. Adam the GM also greeted every morning with a hello and ask how our stay was going. The breakfest was hot and very good every day. The room was awesome and very up to date. Would stay there any time we are in the DC area. Last there maintance man / shuttle driver Fitsum hulled us every where we wanted to go and he was happy to do it, great guy.
