Overview

This centrally-located, all-suites hotel is convenient whether guests plan to shop, head to a concert at BOK center, visit the Oklahoma Aquarium or other attractions. Guests appreciate the complimentary breakfast, evening socials three nights a week, complimentary Wi-Fi and indoor pool. Suites feature separate living areas with full kitchens. There are studios with a king-sized bed and sofa bed, a one-bedroom suite with a queen-sized bed and sofa bed and a two-bedroom, two-room suite. The pool and hot tub are indoors. Pets are welcome with an extra fee. Portable cribs and rollaway beds are available. Rooms have TVs with cable and pay-per-view movies. The kitchens have granite countertops, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, pots, pans, refrigerators with icemakers, silverware, toasters and table and chairs. Guests have their choice of down or foam pillows, as well as custom comforters.

Dirty bathroom

This appears to be an older hotel. My bathtub bottom was black. I put the bath mat inside just to take a shower. I arrived at the hotel at mid-night so too late to do anything. Towels were still hanging on the bathroom door. Bathroom wallpaper was molded. Bathroom was unsat.

Air conditioner was excellent and got the room very cold. Bed was comfortable. I advised the desk clear about the bathroom when checking out. While not her fault, she was apologetic and said she would add points to my account.

Friendly Staff

My wife and I arrived on 8/21 for 4 nights. Immediately upon arrival Jeremiah was helpful, friendly and welcoming. He noted us being Rewards members. They upgraded our room to a 2BR suite and it was well appointed and met all our needs. Each time we would depart or arrive back we were greeted with a friendly hello, how are you?

Yes, the rooms are just a bit dated, the breakfast was adequate and repetitive, but it’s still a great staff that makes this a great value and we will return. Well done RI team....especially Jeremiah!
