Hard to believe they qualify to be in the Marriott chain of Residence Inns

by TidalTumblings

I have been staying there on a monthly basis from a few days to a week at a time and do not plan on staying there again. The benefit of having a kitchen is far outweighed by the poor quality of hotel management from the inconsistent room servicing to the barely palatable breakfast offerings. The rooms have had a small facelift so they appear well maintained but one can tell when looking at the fixtures/tub in the bathroom and beaten up furnishing that this hotel needs more attention. Their TV channels and quality is terrible. As a Titanium Elite member I expect to be treated with some appreciation of my loyalty during my stays and definitely expect to be informed about a water/mold issue before a stay or at least upon check-in. No mention was made of whatever disaster they had or reasons proactively provided for the blowers and disrepair of hallways throughout the hotel during my last stay. I was also surprised to find a $10/day parking fee that I hadn't had with my last stays, even though their parking isn't easy to maneuver in and the back lot had few spaces due to the remediation trucks, porta potties, and crew trucks taking up most of the parking lot. Is this how they intend to pass along their damage costs? Other hotels in the area do not charge parking fees and it is not located in an area that has a high demand for parking.

I have filled out their surveys to inform them of the inconsistencies and below average management of the hotel but the place has only become more dilapidated. There are many smaller issues I have had during my stays but the recent bigger issues have convinced me that this place is no longer worth it. I'm really surprised that they are still allowed to be part of Marriott.

Halloween Hotel in West Palm Beach

Water damage and noise all night from fans drying the dampness..No Sleep, fell sick due to mildew..had to exit at any cost. I am Titanium for life and had problems cancelling my reservation, they had not disclosed the problems during the booking. I have videos and pictures of the nightmare.
