Find “all-American family fare” at Amber Waves, located at the Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, you can stop by for a buffet-style or made-to-order breakfast, and a la carte lunch and dinner. You’ll find standard hotel-restaurant food–burgers, steaks, salads, build-your-own pizza, etc. Kids’ menus are available (often the restaurant has a kids-eat-free promotion), and if you’re lucky you’ll catch Snoopy during his daily visit!
