At dinner, the southwestern cuisine typically includes buffalo burgers with cheese (about $12), bean enchiladas (about $15), blue corn-crusted chicken breast (about $16), and 12-ounce prime rib (about $26). Children 12 and under receive half-portions at a discount. Reservations not accepted.
