With walls covered in art scribbled by young hands in crayon, Ashley’s is one of the shoreline’s best pit stops for ice cream and treats. Operating for nearly 20 years, the Guilford location is the first of what is now a total of five ice cream shops. In the summer, Ashley’s serves from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily (opening at noon on Sundays) and in the winter closes at 10 p.m. on weekday nights.
