Near Siesta Key, an Amish-Mennonite community called Pinecraft is responsible for this offshoot institution of homemade goodies. Of course, ice cream is the headliner, in 40 different flavors from salted caramel pretzel to Dutch peanut butter fudge. Have it scooped into a waffle cone or served as a sundae topped with gummy bears, cookie dough, sour poppers, or a selection of others.
