Billy’s Chowder House serves seafood specialties for lunch and dinner, plus standard American fare. It also has a 12 for $12 menu, available Monday to Thursday. Perhaps the best part of a visit to Billy’s Chowder House, though, is the views of Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve on the ocean.
