This long-time El Paso Mexican restaurant is an institution in El Paso, and is particularly well known for its “Texas-sized” margaritas, for moms and dads who could use one after a long day of traveling with the kiddos. On select days, you might be treated to a serenade from the house mariachis.
For an appetizer, order some queso fundido, a specialty imported to Texas from the neighboring Mexican state of Chihuahua (you’ll find this dish throughout menus in EP).
You can’t go wrong with flautas, chiles rellenos, tacos al pastor, or other authentic favorites. A kids’ menu is available.
