On evenings from Sunday to Thursday during the summer, the Cowboy Cookout (an alternative to the Pitchfork Fondue) serves up buffalo, ribs, and roast chicken, plus a buffet where you’ll find baked potatoes, coleslaw, baked beans, fruits and vegetables, and more. Under-12s eat at half the price. You’ll be seated at a picnic table overlooking the badlands, and afterward you can visit the on-location Burning Hills Amphitheatre to be entertained by a live western-style show put on by the Medora Musical. Make sure to purchase tickets in advance!
