Crater Lake Lodge Dining Room offers the park’s most elegant setting, tucked into the historic lodge and overlooking Crater Lake. If you have younger children, breakfast and lunch may be the better bet and easier on the budget. Reservations are highly recommended for dinner when it’s busy with couples enjoying the romantic setting and elegant entrees inspired by Oregon ingredients, such as salmon, trout, steak and bison with local mushrooms, fresh berries, and regional cheeses and wines. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Open from mid-May through mid-October.
