Located in Colorado Springs, Edelweiss Restaurant serves classic German dishes, such as wienerschnitzel and sauerbraten. Salads, steaks and gluten-free options are also available, as is a kids’ menu that includes potato pancakes, served with applesauce; “kinderschnitzel,” served with fries; chicken fingers; pizza; and more.
