Burgers, fries, and sundaes are just the thing you need if you’re feeling nostalgic for 1950s-era America (or want your kids to have the same experiences that you or their grandparents did growing up!). There’s plenty of other food on the menus as well–soup and salad if you’re feeling healthy, piled-high sandwiches, fish tacos, and more. When you’re ready for dessert, choose a “Why Not” ice cream soda or hand-scooped shake, a pre-made or build-your-own sundae, or a giant “Belly Buster” like the Hot Fudge Volcano or Pig’s Trough (pictured).

Sweet Pete’s

Located within Farrell’s is Sweet Pete’s Candy Shop, which offers plenty of candy for sale, but also candy making classes too. Families can sign up for hand-pulled lollipop and taffy class or a make-your-own chocolate bar class.

Kids ages 5 and up will love the hands-on experience, which usually takes less than an hour depending on the class. You get to bring all your sweet treats home with you! Reservations are required.
