Housed in a historic building, this place is as stylish as the food is tasty. The menu is short and frequently changing with the seasons. The chefs source their ingredients from Nelson’s local organic farms and the wine list showcases the region’s favorite vineyards.
The owner, Kevin Hopgood, previously worked with the Roux Brother in London’s legendary Le Gavroche, and this is reflected in the fine dining experience hailed at Hopgoods.
It opens at 5:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday; it is closed on Sundays.
