For a little something different, head to Inti Cuisine in East Stroudsberg, where you’ll be able to experience the unique flavors of Peruvian food. Maybe you’ll start with deep-fried yucca wedges or a papa rellena, before moving onto the main course of arroz con maricos, salmon maracuya, or tacu tacu eggplant (don’t worry–the menu includes dish descriptions in English). Salads, soups, and sides are served as well. For a drink, enjoy a pitcher of chicha morada–made of purple corn–or perhaps emoliente, a spice-and-herb drink enjoyed for its therapeutic qualities.
