One of the official restaurants of the Fond Doux Plantation & Resort, Jardin Cacao serves lunch and dinner using a “plantation to plate” theme revolving around local, organic ingredients. The ambiance (and most of the menu) is best suited for older children or date night, and although the courses differ depending on the season and day, they usually include seafood, meat, poultry, and vegetable options.
