This sushi restaurant quite literally serves the best sushi in town. The locals know it, but frequent flyers know it too. Commercial airline pilots and staff have been known to call ahead for some sushi prior to landing in Huatulco to make sure the delicious rolls are ready and waiting before their next flight out of town.
