Dob 45, Budapest 1072

Bibliophiles, take note! The dishes at this charming restaurant pair with works of literature, with every month’s menu inspired by a book they’ve chosen. For instance, The Prince and the Pauper inspired a menu including beggar bread, king crab, pheasant soup, and “rich and poor” cake. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone brought “magical” pumpkin cream soup, a Hogwarts dinner, and “Snape’s potion” to drink. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory meant cabbage soup and homemade bread, chocolate duck breast, hot chocolate or chocolate beer to drink, and, of course, chocolate desserts.

What literary creation will be on the menu when you visit? It’s all part of the excitement! (But don’t worry, you won’t be stuck with something you hate–there’s also an a la carte menu.)
