There is in fact good Italian to be had in Cancun at Pizzeria La Pizzarra. Menu items include pizza (obviously), pasta, panini, and stuffed pasta (such as lasagna). Kids will certainly love the beef and bacon pizza or the barbecue chicken panini, while parents warm their bellies with the fettuccine Alfredo.
