On a corner in Old Town, this al fresco restaurant serves some of the best Mexican fare in town. Grab a table and an oversized margarita, listen to the sounds of Flamenco guitarists, and wait for the server to show up at the table to make homemade guacamole and salsa. Entrees include pork tacos, fajitas, and my favorite, the molcajetes, a thick bowl brimming over with roasted beef, chorizo sausage, shrimp, chile relleno, sliced cactus, and salsa verde, with a side of warm tortillas. Delicious! Kids averse to Mexican food will like the listing of pastas, including fettuccine alfredo.
