We love the parmesan pretzels at Mellow Mushroom, and the pizzas are even better. The restaurant, which is a national chain, also serves salads, calzones and hoagies, plus beer, wine and cocktails. There’s a separate menu for kids, who can draw with crayons while they wait for their meals.

Mellow Mushroom is open 11 a.m. to midnight daily. There’s a location on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, and another location at The Island in Pigeon Forge.
