Even the southern Utah desert is home to local breweries with handcrafted ales and locally sourced pub food. This is Moab’s only microbrewery, serving lunch and dinner from 11:30 a.m. daily. (It also sells beer-to-go; hard to find in Utah.) Menu items include burgers, grilled beef, fish, chicken, salads and vegetarian selections.
