The family business of Nicola Pizza began in the 1970s and now with two Rehoboth locations, this homemade pizza is a classic and a must-visit on a summer vacation. Nicola’s sauce is made from naturally sweet plum tomatoes and jars of the pasta sauce are for sale, too. The Nic-O-Boli, an over-stuffed dough sandwich filled with pizza sauce, cheese and any other toppings you may like, like sausage or pepperoni, and then it’s baked in the oven. Pizza by the slice or pie, sandwiches, salads, wings and fries are also available. No peanut products are used in any menu item.
