The team at this quick-service little eatery in the heart of Missoula starts cooking every morning at 4 a.m., and closes the restaurant’s doors for the day when all of the food is gone, so you know you’re getting the ultimate in fresh barbecue food. Menu items include ribs, pulled pork, pastrami, and beef brisket. Sides include baked beans, smoked gouda macaroni and cheese, and applesauce. We highly recommend the burnt ends — they will literally melt in your mouth!
