Orozco’s

Restaurant

This unassuming Ashford Avenue dining venue is one of the best spots for traditional Puerto Rican food in the Condado neighborhood, and it lives up to the hype–the mofongos and seafood dishes are outstanding, as are the pina coladas. Kids will love the rice and beans, pasta dishes and breaded chicken.

Don’t be surprised to see random musical performances on any night of the week or a line out the door any time after 7 p.m. We were also pleasantly surprised when the owner brought over activity packs to all of the small children in the restaurant.

Hours

Wednesday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Tuesday, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
