The Oxford Blue

Restaurant

The Oxford Blue is a traditional inn in Windsor that dates back to the 1800s when it used to be two gamekeepers’ cottages. In 2015, it was taken over by new management and transformed into a modern, comfortable restaurant that showcases the essence of British tradition. The Oxford Blue uses high-quality ingredients that originate in the United Kingdom, and many of the ingredients come from their edible herb garden.

The menu consists of British classic dishes with a modern twist. Rabbit pie and mashed potato, parfait chicken liver with Guinness and cheese from the British Isles populate the menu. Those visiting the Oxford Blue at Sunday lunchtime will be able to enjoy the full British roast dinner experience. There is a special menu available at Christmastime featuring turkey and all the trimmings. Although the Oxford Blue welcomes children, there is not a specific children’s menu per se.
