At the Wokbar, life is simple: you go up to the bar, choose an eat-in plate or to-go container, and proceed to customize it with a base of rice or noodles (various types), topped with veggies, meat, and sauce. It’s ready in minutes and the flavors are delicious, with the fresh Thai aromas of lemongrass, coconut milk, teriyaki, etc. Also available are traditional soups, and desserts like coconut/mango sticky rice and filled Thai pancakes. It’s hard to pull off Thai fast food, but they do it well!
