Good pizza in the Caribbean? Apparently, it does exist. Pimenton serves up inventive Italian appetizers and Neapolitan-style pizzas cooked in a wood-burning stove. The menu offers classics like margherita pizza, as well as some fun, Puerto-Rican-influenced varieties like the restaurant’s namesake pizza which is topped with pepperoncini, chorizo, capers and arugula.
