One of our family’s favorites, Prima Strada serves up Neapolitan wood-fired pies with an ultra-thin crust in a vibrant atmosphere where you can watch the pizza makers at work. Picky eaters will appreciate the margherita or pepperoni while parents can order their own, like the vegetable-laden Siciliana or fennel sausage Salsiccia e rapini. The Cook St. location is just on the other side of Beacon Hill Park. Arrive early to beat the crowds. Hours are 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. There are three locations: 230 Cook St., 2960 Bridge St., and 1990 Fort St.
