Opened in 2017, the Polite Pig serves quick-service barbecue… that doesn’t look like — or taste like — quick-service barbecue. Order a hearty half chicken or pork shoulder, or sample a bunch of the Market Sides — macaroni and cheese, crispy Brussels sprouts, sweet potato tots and more.

The Polite Pig also serves sandwiches and a kids’ menu with chicken tenders, grilled cheese and mac and cheese.

A cool perk for parents — wine, beer and even cocktails on tap! Of course, bourbon is also a staple here, with dozens of varieties available.
