Walking into Ruby’s feels like going to dinner in someone’s home. The cozy, casual atmosphere of this neighborhood restaurant prepares you for the most amazing home-cooked breakfast or lunch. Ruby’s owners focus on healthy, organic, local ingredients, and it really comes through on their menu.
Their breakfast burritos might just be the best breakfast in town. Kids will love the Cheesy Chinga Dera, a grilled cheese sandwich with fried egg and bacon or ham.
Besides the all-day breakfast, Ruby’s also serves a wonderful lunch menu, using locally raised beef for their specialty burgers. We recommend the very simple, but tasty, Ashland Burger, with a side of sweet potato fries. Inside seating is limited, but they have plenty of tables on their front patio. On a nice day, that’s the place to be. Ruby’s can get busy at peak hours, so be prepared for a short wait.
