For those who haven’t tried souvlaki in Greece before, it’s the ultimate in fast food in Southern Europe. Tender pork or chicken is generously stuffed into handmade Mykonian pita breads alongside salad, French fries and tzatziki. Plates of kebabs are available also, and whatever you order, the staff cooks it in front of you while you wait. Hot sauce optional!
Sakis Grill House is popular among tourists and locals. It may be a nice antidote to the typical upmarket restaurants of Mykonos, both for the wallet and the children. It has a casual atmosphere and food is cheap and cheerful.
