Sam’s Steaks and Grill is a European-style steak house based in Patong in the Kathu district. The restaurant has a classy, upmarket feel with glass and wood furnishings and leather furniture. The menu has Angus or Wagyu beef, which is cooked to the diner’s preference and served with a choice of sauces and sides.

Also on the menu is a selection of classic dishes such as beef stroganoff, lobster, braised orange duck leg and karobuta pork tenderloin and belly. The wine menu has a list of international reds, whites and rose, as well as a choice of Champagne. The dessert menu features marshmallow chocolate fondant, creme brulee and ice creams. The restaurant is situated within the Holiday Inn hotel.
