Located on Edgartown’s harbor, the Seafood Shanty’s second floor deck provides a serene view and a chance to sit outdoors, under the sun. Of course, with a name like the Seafood Shanty, families can expect to find tons of seafood items, from clams and oysters on the half shell to fish and chips to crab cakes and steamed lobster. A children’s menu for kids 12 and under is limited to non-seafood items like hot dogs, chicken fingers, burgers and buttered pasta. Don’t forget to get their hands stamped on the way out to receive half-priced ice cream at the Quarterdeck, located just out front of the restaurant.
