Sebastian’s Restaurant serves an eclectic and international menu with a Mediterranean flair. The restaurant offers seaside dining and a special single table out on a pier, which can accommodate up to 12. Every dinner starts with a complimentary l’amuse, a whimsical bite prepared by Chef Sebastian to whet the appetite.
The menu includes a variety of Caribbean seafood entrees, pastas, special coffees, and a broad dessert menu offering everything from homemade Snickers Bar (with Madagascar vanilla ice cream), to various bonbons, to chocolate lollipops. Sundays offer their special Italian Family Sunday Dinner, with a variety of made-to order pastas and pizzas.
