You can’t go to Ventura, California, and not have the “world-famous fish tacos” at Spencer Mackenzie’s Fish! Visit during happy hour (3 to 5 p.m.) Monday to Thursday to enjoy the 2 for 1 Taco Specials. The burritos are also a crowd pleaser.
