Chef Dino Jagtiani was the first St. Maarten-born man to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America. Jagtiani opened Temptation on the Dutch side of St. Maarten in 2002. The menu includes lamb sliders, foie gras, eggplant parmigiano, crab stuffed shrimp, ribs, lobster and Asian BBQ chicken with seafood pad Thai. Guests will not be disappointed at this local restaurant.
