Where’s the beef? It’s across the street from Mader’s, at Usinger’s Sausage, where the Usinger family has been creatively making meat for over 125 years. Both a butcher shop and tourist destination, Usinger’s sits on Old World 3rd Street, a Milwaukee block where all the shops maintain a turn-of-the-20th century feel. Strolling along this block is a great way to get a taste of old Milwaukee.
