You might not expect amazing Greek food in a U.S./Mexican border town, but Zino’s consistently earns top ratings among locals for its delicious cuisine. Not only that, it’s a great place for younger adventurous eaters who might be willing to branch out and try a lamb burger or some gyro.
Traditional Greek favorites are represented throughout the menu, from chicken souvlaki to falafel, tabouli and even a lamb osso bucco. Zino’s fries, which are spiced and come with a special dipping sauce, are not to be missed.
The kids’ menu includes old fashioned macaroni and cheese (not from a package) and junior sized versions of adult entrees.
