Overview

Just minutes from Niagara Falls, this family-owned, charming budget motel offers 15 rooms, each with its own unique character, from tiger stripes to country quilt to French Provencal. What sets the hotel apart is the friendly owners and personalized experience. Each room includes a mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker (hairdryer on request).

The rooms come with two double beds or one queen or king. Families can book family rooms that consist of two rooms and may come with a kitchenette. Ask about adjoining rooms. The motel provides free Wi-Fi and parking and is situated in a slightly out-of-the-way location for a quieter and personalized stay. No cribs or rollaways available. Because cancellations affect the hotel, a fee is charged for cancelling within three days of arrival. The hotel is very close to the seasonal Marineland (open May until October), where kids will enjoy marine mammal shows, zoo, roller coaster and other amusement rides.

5 stars , cleanest motel and least expensive in the Niagara Falls Canada

by cindyfargnoli

Went on a little getaway with my husband for his birthday. We booked 3 night and ended booking another night. Cleanest room that we ever have stayed in. The owners Gary and Elaine are very caring and hardworking people. Great prices and good location. We will definitely be back!

Great Price! Nice enough motel, short drive to Falls

by veganmarathoner

We went to Niagara Falls for our anniversary, and chose this motel because of the great price & free parking. It was a nice stay. We had room 4, a teal/nautical themed room. The room was clean, and had a microwave and mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean too, but did not have a fan, only a small window to open. One downsides to staying here: it's very noisy. The road out front is busy, and the walls are thin. Also, parking is free, but it's not close enough to the Falls to walk. We were able to find affordable parking in town though, so this wasn't a big deal. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly, and told us the best sights (aside from the obvious!) to see & where to park. Given the prices of other hotels in the area, we would stay here again.
