This is a very strange hotel in the first place. Advertised as 5-star, it's visible that this category was just an intention. At best it looks like 4 minus. But considering the ridiculously low prices you can get sometimes, it might be a good idea to consider it - even though the huge complex is actually unfinished and most of the time looks like there are very few guests there.
If something in The Rich Prada is really 5-star, this is the lobby. It shows the owners' intentions most of all. Rooms are very spacious, with nice bathrooms and huge beds - but none of this is maintained in a way the 5 stars would suggest. Including the service.
The other not so little problem is the location. It's actually in a very nice place in the bottom edge of Bali, near 2 nice beaches and practically onto a golf course, and quite close to the airport, but again, that's all good I can say about it. The bad thing about that location is that it's isolated and worst of all, it resides in some kind of restricted access huge territory, where you can enter in any way, but it's quite difficult to call a Grab.
Overall my experience there was positive.
